Frequently Asked Questions About Pinterest

1. How long does it take to see results from Pinterest?

Here’s the thing. Pinterest is a time-consuming platform, both in the amount of time it takes to run the account each week, and the length of time it can take to see results. Pinterest accounts generally need 3-6 months of consistent, strategic pinning in order to really start to see growth.

Every account is different, and growth depends on so many different factors;

  • How established your account is (newer accounts will take longer to grow)
  • The type of content you publish (Not every niche was built for Pinterest!)
  • How interesting your content is to Pinterest users (Some blog posts/topics will preform better)
  • How many followers you have
  • And much more!

This is generally the timeline you see many people telling you to wait for results. Although, it is getting harder to grow on Pinterest, so it may even be more like 6-8 months of work before you see growth.

Does this mean you should give up on Pinterest before you even start?!

Absolutely not!

But I also want to be honest and upfront with you that one month of Pinterest management from me is likely not going to cut it. You probably won’t see results within the first month because that’s just how Pinterest is! This is why I recommend sticking with it for a few months before quitting.

However, the choice is always up to you! And that’s why my contracts are on a month to month basis, with the option to cancel at any time. I want to make sure you’re satisfied with the work, and the growth of you account. No questions asked!

2. Why should I hire out for Pinterest management?

As mentioned above, Pinterest takes a long time to work, and you need to put a lot of effort in each week to start seeing results! A lot of times, as content creators, we don’t have the extra time to put into social media that Pinterest requires in order to really see results.

So if you’re serious about keeping up with Pinterest, sometimes its best to hire out the work and bring in a pro! I’ve been working on Pinterest for my own business for 6+ years, working with clients for 3+ years and have been teaching on it as well!

Hiring out work to someone who knows the ins-and-outs of the platform (A.K.A me!) can not only streamline the path to growth, but also save you the time and headache it take to do it!

3. How do I know when it’s time to off-load the work?

You know you’re ready to bring in a Pinterest manager if you’re starting to see some growth, but really want to take it to the next level. Or maybe you have been making some money in your business, but you need more time to really scale to the next level. Offloading Pinterest to someone else can give you back your time.

Otherwise, if you’re really feeling stuck and you can’t seem to get your account to grow, or you’re just sick of the amount of work it takes to keep a Pinterest account running! There’s a lot of situations where you may want to bring a Pinterest manager onto your team, but these are the most common I see!

4. What if Pinterest or management isn’t right for me?

There are a lot of niches that do well on Pinterest, but some just simply don’t do as well! If you’re worried your niche may fit under that category, feel free to email me anyway!

I am always upfront about what I think will or will not do well on Pinterest, along with my own knowledge about different niches as well.

We can discuss over email any concerns you might have about the potential growth of your niche on Pinterest, and I will let you know my thoughts on if it would be beneficial to move forward with management!

My contracts are on a month-to-month basis so you are always welcome to try out my services for a month at a time, and if you decide the next month that either Pinterest or management is not for you, that’s perfectly fine!

(Although, as mentioned above, Pinterest takes quite a few months to start seeing results, so it’s impossible to base growth off of just one month!)
